Liz is able to write articles for magazines, websites and blogs based on and around her first-hand experience in the field of youth work. Topics that Liz can cover include: SRE; Self-Harm; Self-Esteem; Body Image; Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing.
She has written for a number of different publications, which include:

Using her diverse experiences, Liz is able to provide consultation services for new and existing projects. She is happy to have a one off conversation or consult on a regular basis on a project.
In addition to writing for The Huffington Post UK, Liz regularly updates her online blog.
"Liz is one of our go-to people to speak about young people and mental health. She writes with such wisdom, compassion and grace and inspires and encourages youth workers in the incredibly important work they're doing."
